Founded in March 2007 by Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic, ReachSpektrum  is  here to assist  companies in fulfilling  the requirements imposed  by REACH and GHS. To achieve this goal ReachSpektrum is exclusively comprised of highly qualified and devoted people capable of leading your company all the way through the often narrow and difficult path demarcated by REACHand/or  GHS legalities.  Drawing on years of previous experience in the areas related to chemical legislative coupled with relevant scientific or more practical background, our team ensures services and guidance of high standard also in helping you to place biocidal products on the Czech market.

Vladimír Janeček – Chief Executive Officer

Vladimir has been working for over 8 years with the Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic as the Foreign and Chemical Regulatory Affairs Secretary. In March 2008 he founded ReachSpektrum where he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer. His responsibilities primarily involve disseminating information on REACH among the chemical industry and concerned businesses.  He has rich  experience from the Czech  Repuiblic and  Iraque; from chemical industry and consultancy. He is a member of the Cefic’s REACH Expert network.

Jan Holomek - REACH  consultant

After graduating from Brno University of Technology Jan dedicated himself to advisory services for chemical industry.  During his work for the Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic he  has become proficient at issues related to chemical legislative. In ReachSpektrum he works as a senior lecturer for IUCLID5 seminars and consultant for REACH related affairs.  Like Vladimir, he is also  a member of REACH Experts Network as Czech Republic Representative.

Hana Krýsová – REACH, GHS and Biocides Manager

Hana  worked with the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic  where she was responsible for the implementation of chemical and biocidal legislation in the Czech Republic. Her job  involved advising chemical companies and responsible authorities on various issues ranging from preparation for Reach implementation to national notifications of biocidal products.  For four years she took part in Competent Authorities meetings for biocides as a representative of the Czech Republic. Hana has also experience in field of fuels in transport  and their impact on the environment.   She holds a Master’s  Degree in analytical chemistry  and Ph.D. in chemical technology.

Jan Mikoláš – REACH, GHS and Biocides  Manager

Before joining ReachSpektrum team Jan worked in the Ministry of Health where he was responsible for the implementation of biocidal legislation in the Czech Republic. Jan played a key role in founding the Middle European Biocidal Group, the goal of which is to harmonize the approach to biocidal product authorisation among its member states. Jan has represented the Czech Republic in both Technical and Competent Authorities meetings for biocides. He has also been a member of European Group for Facilitation of  Authorisations and Mutual Recognition of Biocidal  Products.  He holds a Master’s  Degree in Physical Chemistry and Certificate in Analytical Methods used in Hygiene.
